I'd ask her questions, and she would have an immediate, accurate response. During this home buying time, we had a previously scheduled vacation. She reassured me that she would keep me informed of the process, and she did. A lot of things nowadays can be done over the internet, Aurora explained this to me before we left. She kept in contact with me via emails, text messages and an occasional phone call. I could even sign documents via the internet using a special program they use.
